Souvent, des mois de travail ardu sont nécessaires et une course vers la date de mise en marche du logiciel est lancée.Une des facettes souvent négligée est malheureusement la formation des utilisateurs sur la solution développée. C’est une erreur qui a pourtant de grandes conséquences sur la réussite globale d’un projet. En effet, la formation des usagers est une étape clé qui devrait être priorisée  et planifiée dès le lancement du projet.
